Does anybody else get chunks when they make colloidal silver?
I use distilled water, 99.99 pure silver, and I do get a brownish/amber colored water, but I also get chunks of things that vary in sizes. I dont think its anything bad, but I usually try and filter it out before I drink it, im guessing its either clumps of silver, or silver oxide, or maybe something else. I was once told it was from using too high a current, but last time I checked I believe the current was in the micro amps range, which is very small. Also I dont use silver wire, I use silver canadian maple leaf 99.99%
Why do you need to use colloidal silver when there is oil of oregano and grapefruit seed extract. The latter which is being used in some hospitals to combat MRSA as it has potent anti-bacterial properties, and so does oil of oregano.
The lumps might suggest that your colloidal silver maker is not working as it should be, you might thus get exposed to potentially toxic levels of silver if you ingest it.
